Prenatal Yoga / Yoga for Pregnancy
Yoga during pregnancy can be a great way to relax, stay fit, and even help you prepare for labor and promote your baby's health! In this class we'll be covering yoga poses and breathing exercises that will help:
- increase strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
- reduce stress and anxiety
- improve sleep quality
- decrease any back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath
