Private Yoga Lessons
In a private lesson, we'll create a routine of postures, breathing exercises and meditation that is tailored to your specific health/wellness needs and goals.
If you are a beginner, we'll guide you through the basics of yoga with proper form and technique, and at a pace that's right for you.
For those with some previous yoga experience, a private lesson can be personalized around your specific health goals or needs. Maybe it’s your anxiety you’re looking to manage or your lower back pain. It also gives you the benefit of scheduling a class at a time that is convenient for you.
* We're offering private lessons online on Zoom or Skype as well as in-studio (masks will be worn along with sanitization of all touched surfaces)

Partner Yoga / Couples Yoga
Bring a friend or your partner and explore yoga together! It can be a fun activity where you can stretch, relax, and rejuvenate together. Class starts with individual warm up exercises, then into the partnered yoga poses, and ends with relaxation and meditation. Call for more info, or to schedule.
