Private Yoga Lessons
Private 1:1 lessons are a great way to learn proper technique and/or deepen your yoga experience whether you are a beginner or have prior experience. In each session we will create a routine of postures, breathing exercises and/or meditation tailored to your specific health + wellness needs and goals.
If you are a beginner, we'll guide you through the basics of yoga with proper form and technique, and at a pace that's right for you.
For those with specific physical/health goals or needs, we can help create a personalized routine to address your needs, including dietary recommendations (if that applies). Maybe it’s your stress/anxiety you’re looking to manage or your back or knee pain. It also gives you the benefit of scheduling a class at a time that is convenient for you.
* We're offering private lessons in-studio as well as online via Zoom.

Partner Yoga / Couples Yoga (for 2)
Bring a friend or your partner and explore yoga together! It's a great way to stretch, relax, and rejuvenate together. Class starts with individual warm up exercises, then into the partnered yoga poses, and ends with relaxation and meditation. Call for more info, or to schedule.
